General Thought Process When Preparing Finishing Packages For Workouts: 1. Power Finishes: Playing through contact and / or playing in a crowd. 2. Speed Finishes: Playing quicker, on balance to disrupt the timing of rotating defenders or shot blockers. 3. Spatial Finishes: Playing in space by changing directions against primary defender or rotating defenders.

Challenge and / or encourage players to shoot 40 minutes a day. 20 minutes before practice & 20 minutes after practice. Let's say we do this 5 days a week for an entire year: 200 minutes a week. 260 days a year. Small steps that can lead to great benefits.

3v2 Transition Chase Down Offensive advantage drill that starts with a defensive player behind the offensive player receiving or dribbling the basketball. There will be 2 offensive players spaced to the weak side while being guarded, defense has the option to rotate and / or recover however they see fit to takeaway the advantage.
