@Lufthansa_India I had booked June 6th flights to Canada via @makemytrip @makemytripcare which I had to cancel due to Covid. I am being told that Lufthansa is not processing cash refunds and hence refunds will only be to MMT wallet. (1/2)

(2/2) Please let me know why is this unrealistic restriction while refunding money back to your customers? I don't see myself travelling internationally anytime soon and have no use of any wallet money. I need the refund to happen in my bank account. Let me know my next steps

When called the person says the agent is on leave & don't know when he will be back. Surprising this is how last mile is being managed. Today is the 3rd day and I am Very disappointed.

@TataMotors how are we supposed to Schedule test drives? The links for Dealers takes me to some random closed Car repair shop. Not sure if this is auto Google work or an error from your Marketing team.

If someone gets upset/tells you to stay in your lane, they've set an even worse new standard.
