Kelsey Ryan, MD at #NASPGHAN23: the use of the Mediterranean Diet in pediatric #IBD @LurieChildrens. - Having met with a dietitian was associated with hearing about and trying the MED diet. - Correlation trend toward higher quality diets and cooking more together as a family.

I was on a plane and the attendants called overhead for medical help. I went to the front of the plane, got down to eye level and started asking the story when a man comes running up and pushes me out of the way, exclaiming “I’m a doctor!” Um….so am I. 👩‍⚕️#WomenInMedicine

My “rough day at work” coping mechanism recently has been a trip to @Anthropologie followed by @sweetgreen Not sure if this is sustainable but my apartment is full of candles and my body is full of salads 🤷🏽‍♀️🕯🥗 #residency
