Dear @TelecelGhana, I am in Takoradi and I use FBB. For almost 3 wks now, everything keeps buffering. The internet has been slow. Please fix it cos itโs very frustrating. This was not the case before.

They push the fibre installation to 28th Dec 2023. Since then, I have been calling both the sales agent and the set-up team and no one can tell me when they will come set-up my internet. Basically it's been a month now @VodafoneGhana
