🚨🚨🚨 As I said before, Zendaya hated what was done with her character Rue in Euphoria. The show’s creator, Sam Levinson, admitted that it wasn’t an easy conversation when he told her how the character would be in season 3 and the ending. He said she had a very emotional reaction… and even so, during filming, the direction Sam took the character ended up straining the relationship between Zendaya and him. I’ve been saying this for days: Zendaya wasn’t happy with it. It was supposed to be completely different. #Euphoria #Zendaya

How come people say Zendaya has no power? She was supposed to sign on as an executive producer and refused exactly because she disagreed with what they did to Rue’s storyline. That pretty much shuts up anyone claiming she’s “just an actress,” right?

🚨In the opening scene, Rue's Jeep gets stuck on top of a border wall that the production built in the desert (about 7 meters high). Zendaya was actually up there, with the car tilted, so she could turn it around and get down; according to those on set, it was simply "pure tension." #Euphoria

Zendaya filmed the two extreme scenes (the 3-day funeral the Jeep on the wall) practically in the same week of filming. She said in an interview that it was 'exhausting but worth it' and that she completely trusted Sam Levinson. This woman is no joke 😭
