If you want to start refining, go through @XYJtrades and @GxTradez ‘s work.
If you want to filter for time start with:
> No news → 9:30 matters
> 8:30 news → 9:30 matters
> 8:30 9:45 news → wait for 10:00
> 10:00 news → wait for 9:30 first
> FOMC → wait until after 2:45
> Day before NFP -> Be cautious
> NFP → watch 9:30 reaction
