I’ve been using speech-to-text for communicating with AI agents too often. When I context-switch and talk to people instead, I have to remind myself not to be straightforward in the interest of saving tokens.

MistralAI Worldwide Hackathon Tokyo was great ! Did not expect to pull an all-nighter, ML hackathons are intense. Used hugging face, weights and biases for the first time. Fine-tuning has changed a lot since my uni days 👴

"And you know what’s funny? When senior engineers do this well, it looks easy. Like nothing was even done. The project just… goes smoothly." My recent promotion project was similar. 0 lines of code written in 2 months (of 6), but 30 slack @'s everyday. terriblesoftware.org/2025/11…
