Always a delight to hear @NandanNilekani's insights about what to build for India and why. What are the current challenges and opportunities! Great takeaways for founders building in 2025. šŸš€ At @arkam_vc's annual summit.

Google search is dead for B2B. nobody at your company has noticed yet.

i'm running experiments on this every day at kynetiq labs. across multiple B2B companies. learning things i genuinely can't find anywhere else on the internet. could be wrong about the 18-month timeline. probably not.

if you're a B2B SaaS founder doing $500K-$10M ARR and this thread made you uncomfortable, that's the correct reaction. 15 min call with me. i'll show you exactly where you stand in AI search today. cal.com/gourab-paul/30min

Co-opetition is real. Even the hand-chain couldn’t merge the models. šŸ˜‚
This is so hilarious. Nothing can make Sam and Dario hold hands, not even the Prime Minister of India!

Elon Musk thinks coding dies this year. Not evolves. Dies. By December, AI won’t need programming languages. It generates machine code directly. Binary optimized beyond anything human logic could produce. No translation. No compilation. Just pure execution. Musk: ā€œYou don’t even bother doing coding.ā€ Code was never the point. It was friction. A tax we paid because machines didn’t speak human. AI just learned fluent human. The tax is gone. Now plug that into Neuralink. No syntax. No keyboard. No screen. Musk: ā€œImagination-to-software.ā€ Thought becomes executable. You imagine an outcome, the system architects and compiles it into reality instantly. We’re not automating programming. We’re erasing it from existence. The entire profession collapses into a thought. Decades of training reduced to irrelevance. The gap between idea and instantiation hits zero. You don’t build anymore. You imagine, and it materializes. Not incremental progress. Total phase shift. The way humans have created things for ten thousand years just became obsolete. Welcome to a world where the limiting factor isn’t skill, resources, or time. It’s whether you can picture what you want clearly enough for a machine to birth it into existence.

Much of any digital job is now preparing context for AI models. Organizing files in folders, naming everything correctly, introducing things in the right order, and only then asking the AI to do something in clear written English.

today's problems are tomorrow's features. today's features are next year's table stakes.

a few years ago, bad battery life in phones was a huge problem. Now, "fast charging" and "battery optimization" are standard features, solving that problem. so disruptive features turn pain points into product advantages.

make high-stakes decisions with incomplete data, then move fast enough to course-correct.

Team culture is the highest leverage variable in a startup. And it’s also the most invisible until it’s too late. gourabpaul.notion.site/Team-…
