Reviewing undergrad/recent grad cover letters for post-bacc positions and I really want to highlight some things. A common theme I'm seeing: cover letter = regurgitating resume/CV experiences. Nope. Don't do this! Treat this more as a persuasive essay, if anything. đź§µ/4
