Infact id argue that the very thing that makes Ocarina not an open world game is the thing that makes it so good.
Ocarina i would say is generally so subtle at directing the player that it's why the few lapses (like Navi straight up telling you where to go) are so infuriating and it gives the impression of letting the player go wherever they want far better than other games that actually do
If there's one feature Valve should steal for the Steamdeck, it's having multiple USB C ports, especially since they've soldered them onto the main board.
Can anyone suggest to me why SteamOS on a PC (Athlon 3000G) runs Left 4 Dead 2 at around 30fps when launched from game mode when it gets about one hundred when launched from the stream client on Desktop?
Apparently the desktop mode and gaming mode use different Windows Managers.
Here's the good bit: Game Mode is supposed to be lighter. Maybe the iGPU just struggles with it, its a fair bit weaker than the one in the deck
