Can you clarify the access to chat logs/ system notes etc? “Maximum privacy” toggled on

It only took 16 min with one prompt (54 words or 308 characters) to tank 80% of quota!? this is ridiculous I haven't used it for a while since they did those changes but I think this got worse!
@OfficialLoganK hopefully that "very exiting stuff cooking" involves increasing rate limits. I used to love @antigravity but this makes me sad.
