The biggest unlock of AI for startups would be - 1. Death of middle management 2. Self-improving functions that improve overnight while you sleep Think your onboarding flows, customer support, sales pipeline - an ai implements stuff - another ai just observes and looks at things that failed and thinks what could have been done to make it succeed. And since I’m hiring for multiple roles right now (I know I’m contradicting myself here lol) - but to move faster towards a truly self-improving org we need more hands to free up our time and every employee in the org should - 1. Be a builder 2. Own outcomes So I’m excited to achieve this for our org, and if you are also working towards that I’d love to hear what you’re thinking.

So proud of my team - within 10 mins of the outage, they made an admin tool to show this banner on top of every Spur account 🤯 Not just that, in India - they were logging out as it was night when this happened - so they even made the text configurable and added a button so that literally anyone in the team can update the message or remove the banner once the issue is fixed. For me the internal tools that we build lately and the internal processes that we automate with AI are the true productivity unlock of the agentic world. The best part is no one told them to do it like this, they did it themselves haha WE LOVE INTERNAL TOOLS AAAAA

Everything's back to normal now, we all can calm down and enjoy the weekend.

Meta API down Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are currently down. We are currently experiencing a Meta outage, due to which messaging services are not working as expected. so i was using @claudeai copilot to create a vendor for a partner on zoho books then i thought i also have to update the partner profile on our partner portal - so that they are both in sync then i was like what if claude could do this too then i have to generate a bill for each partner for the commissions they are supposed to get then i was like what if claude could do this too then paying the partner, informing them, etc what if claude could do all of this, and if it knew about all the processes and tools that our team uses and it could suggest improvements in the process and implement those too then it would truly become AI founder / manager / team leader

couldn't have said it better and this also applies if you're a small bootstrapped team building your startup you need to stay focused and find more paying customers like your customers who already love your product and only build what customers who love your product wants
