This is an interesting example of @HPE_Aruba_NETW always-on switching, with always-on POE. Even as a switch reboots, POE power is maintained so that device reboot/recalibrate/resync/etc is not required. This is a UXI sensor during switch firmware update.

This is what decades (at least 30 years) of cable build-up looks like after removing from a DC prior to refurbishment. This was one of multiple carts (approx 2 cubic metres each) just from these rooms. And yes, you can see thick ethernet in there!

Having the correct tools available always makes work easier and safer. With this lifter I can install and de-install even a 22RU device by myself. It gets a fair bit of use in the @HPE_APAC Sydney Solution Centre as you can see from the wear on the lifting plate!

Makes a great adjustable height standing desk in the DC too: big work area for your laptop, cables and tools, warm jacket (or not if you are in the hot aisle), flat cardboard to stop the AC blowing up your pants, and headphones/hearing protection🎧
