UNPOPULAR OPINION : Freedom is the most entitled character on #ThePolygamist . Acting like life owed him something when he already had more support than most. True, but Lindani was both a victim and the architect of her own downfall. She moved like she was mature, but her naivety is exactly what ruined her.
She’s a double victim. First of Jonasi, and second of the poverty and upbringing that led her to him. Lindani wasn’t interested in going to school to acquire her 11-story penthouse dream. She wanted it without the hard work, despite her mom constantly telling her to leave boys alone.
She tried to play chess just to secure a roof over her head, but in the end, she became a mirror for how easily vulnerable, younger women are chewed up and spit out by men like Jonasi. 🕊️
