Anyone can get facts from Wikipedia or ChatGPT. People pay YOU because they value YOUR opinion.

Not choosing between A or B is actually worse than choosing A or choosing B.

Growing up, I thought we were poor because we always lived in the cheapest house in the most expensive school district. Like a typical Korean family, my parents wanted the best education for us even if that meant I slept in the living room because we couldn't afford an extra room. Looking back, this is probably the best thing that could've happened to me. I was a bad kid. If I didn't go to that school, I might have joined a gang. My friend is a teacher in high school in NYC and tells me that his students WANT to fail. It's a badge of honor. In my high school, kids competed to see who got into the best University. The old saying "show me your friends and I'll show you your future" is 100% true. If you want to change, change your environment. It'll have the biggest impact in your life.

Anyone can write a long and complex email. But it takes a mastery to write a short and simple carousel. Let's see if you can do it. Here's a challenge: Write a carousel with 10 slides and less than 10 words per slide. Each slide should take 1 second to read. When you're done, post it on Instagram and tag me!

A creative's secret to success: There's one key difference between designers who get stuck in their career vs designers who move on to become creative directors: One thinks like a designer and the other thinks like a client. And one job will be replaced by AI and the other won't.
