More sites should implement saved carts and shopping lists the way Digikey does. It's really convenient when you have to wait for approvals and have multiple projects in the pipeline.

New machine packages that include an employee that is fully trained on the machine on a 2 year contract.
Most MTBs have training systems in place. Jobs are guaranteed for trainees. Education more specific to the actual job than trade schools offer. Win win win?
