Tempted to buy a new phone. I have been using my current one for 4 years (bought it in September 2021)
Also, recommended to move from Apple to Samsung/OnePlus?

Though going out for lunch now so yeah fml😭
I think i had one of my best gym sessions today. Ran for the longest time and it was surreal. Then even did inclines walking and some upper body shit. I realized I was aiming for pace and failing. Ran at constant 7-7.5 today and I could just go on and on. Thanks to Sukhwinder Singh too!
Also, I realized my average pace on treadmill comes lower than when I run normally on the road. I also get easily tired on treadmill because maybe I force myself to run at 9.
