let me recap:
@Ledger supports #NEO3, it is also supported by #NEON_wallet BUT neon wallet can't interface with the main dapp on NEO3 -> @FlamingoFinance
On the other hand, @O3_Labs can interface with flamingo via NEO3 BUT hardware ledger can't be imported if N3.
