@DEFCON_NOC Maybe at the top of the Apple instructions, boldly inform users that they need to be downloading the profile via Safari. Just had complaints that it won't work if they try it using Brave (downloads the file instead of launches it).

Another user needed to first go to Settings -> General -> "VPN & Device Management" and remove profiles from past DEF CONs.
