Just had great customer service with @SouthwestAir on the phone. Less than 60 seconds to speak to a rep, who understood my questions and provided clear answers. Thank you! It stands out!

p.s. if you guys could figure out a flight between SEA/RNO we'd all be dying of happiness. The only carrier on that path right now is gouging us on ticket prices and lately making us wait 30-40 mins on the tarmac in SEA for a gate.

I have consistently, shockingly good customer service experienced with @Enterprise for car rentals. I don’t know what they are doing diff from the rest, but their ppl are kind, normal, and care.

I have personally known at least six awful pastors in the past ten years. And they are still all pastors! A la The Great Gatsby, they smash up peoples’ lives and then leave town for a new gig. [But God will not be mocked, and in Him I hope.]
