Happy new year Twitter. Don’t come around these parts much, respect to those who are still about. Been a decent year for me- ran a marathon, clocked 20 yrs of marriage, my team won the league and Oasis returned. Hope 2026 brings peace, health, wealth and happiness to all ✌🏽👋🏽

Hello again Twitter folk. Pleased to say I survived my first #LondonMarathon despite the ridiculous heat. The second half was brutal. The muscles are sore but the spirit is humbled by everyone’s generosity-between myself&a colleague we raised over£8k for @MedicalAidPal 🖤💚🤍❤️✊🏽

Interesting couple of days at the NHS Providers annual conference #NHSP24 - lots to unpack on the two keynotes but the bits that resonated most for me were about creating and sustaining cultures for improvement. I think we will need a fair bit of that in the coming years!

Hey @hm help me out here. I bought some stuff from you which your courier, Evri has now lost.I can’t claim a refund via the app as the chatbot keeps saying the delivery is on the way, but this is incorrect as Evri have admitted they have lost the parcel?

Back to Blighty and back to the routine. Managed to sneak in a quick run immediately after dropping the monster off at school. Slightly different climate to Dubai! Just need to drop 10mins from my 5k time and then repeat it 8 times in a row- 6months left. Easy, right?! 🤣🤣🤣

I’m not sure this is what @emirates mean when they talk about # FlyBetter - been taken off our plane as it was overbooked. Travelling in this day and age is stressful enough as it is- this doesn’t help- especially when this is our 7th or 8th (and probably last trip) 😡😡😡
