The newly refurbished Swillington Miners’ pavilion is nearing completion.
The refurbished facility will boast new accessible facilitates including a clubroom, new catering style kitchen, team changing rooms and coaching / consultation room with showers.

Practical Completion has been achieved at STOK, a 62,000 sq ft office conversion of a former Marks & Spencer’s retail unit.
The 4 storey high atrium is most definitely something to be witnessed!

The team were onsite at Deeside Industrial Estate last week as the steel frame was being erected.
This project comprises of two new build industrial units (c.60,000ft2 and c.40,000ft2), which will be net-zero carbon.
