I almost gave up on Web3.
But I’m glad I didn’t.
It all started back in secondary school, where I won chatting contests for fun—never realizing those skills would later shape my career.
In 2022, I stumbled upon a guy named Optimist posting about collab management. I had no clue what it was, but something about it caught my attention.
Curious, I reached out and asked how to get started. His advice? “Just apply.”
So I did—despite having zero knowledge about Web3.
Two weeks later, I landed my first gig… and got scammed. It was a tough hit, but I refused to let that be the end of my story.
I kept learning, networking, and improving my skills. A few months later, I secured my first real job with LFG, making $20 a week.
Looking back, I made mistakes. I relied too much on agencies instead of building my own brand. I focused on short-term wins instead of long-term growth.
Now, I’m changing that.
I’m investing in my skills, my network, and my presence. Because in Web3, opportunities don’t just come to you—you have to create them.
To anyone struggling: don’t give up. Keep learning. Keep showing up.
Your breakthrough is coming.
Let’s build the future of Web3 together!
