We now know who will be on the November runoff ballot for Los Angeles mayor. AP News projects that Councilwoman Nithya Raman will advance and run against incumbent Mayor Karen Bass. While former reality TV star Spencer Pratt once held second place by about 9 percentage points, Raman eventually overtook him as more ballots were counted.

There's been a shakeup in the Los Angeles mayoral election. As more results continue to be tallied, Nithya Raman has officially overtaken Spencer Pratt for second place, while incumbent Mayor Karen Bass maintains her strong lead. As votes continue to be counted, it's still unknown who will face Bass in the November runoff election. As of Sunday, only about 3,000 votes separate Raman and Pratt.

#BREAKINGNEWS: Democrat Xavier Becerra has advanced to the general election for California governor after pitching himself as an experienced choice to lead the nation's most populous state, AP News projects.
In a new drop of election results on Friday evening, Becerra took the lead over Republican Steve Hilton. In the latest totals, Becerra has 26.7% of the vote, and Hilton has 26.4% of the vote. Tom Steyer is in third with 21% of the vote. abc7.la/gr2yMD
