We are not interested in shaming anyone, we're interested in accountability. Todays check ins were a reminder of the challenge you set yourself on #BlackoutTuesday to make change. If you've fallen short of your own expectations, we encourage you to start again today.

We are anonymous because we have to be, because these challenges by individuals are often met with serious repercussions. That doesn't mean our questions are not valid, and sneering at our anonymity won't make you feel better if you have work to do.
