Talking Math is what we do and the DCSD Mathematics Team enjoyed an evening with the Carnegie Team on the Potomac last night exchanging our math stories. Everyone is a math person. I love what I do! #longlivemath #carnegielearning

The only way to change a teacher’s or principal’s mindset is to not only understand their current mindset, but to respect their perspective. Analyze why they think the way they do and then show them a better or more efficient way. This is when and how real change can take place.
