Gratitude fills my heart as I reflect on my 60th birthday celebration in Abonnema. It felt really good to be celebrated. A startup I know recruited 7 people this month to replace those who have migrated. They were all ladies and married with children. It seems ladies are the least likely to migrate as they can't leave their family support structure while kids are young. They are also quite talented
