VICTORY—Yesterday, Gov. Carney signed House Bill 70, legislation that ends the use of Delaware’s death penalty!
With HB 70 now law, Delaware turns the page on an archaic, unjust, and discriminatory practice.
The message is clear: the death penalty has no place in our society.

We urge all voters to verify your voter registration information before casting your ballot during Delaware’s ongoing early voting period, or on Election Day next Tuesday, September 10.
