Every NFT project is struggling through the same thing that BAYC did Everyone made fun of the apes, people would engagement farm, attack people for no reason. Everyone is so married to their bags to take a moment to zoom out and contextualize the situation and break down what is the core issue The funny thing is apes have been in this war for way longer than any other projects - the teams, the founders, the community has been battle tested for longer Along the way we loose people we gain people... But core values of anything really has to come from the pitfalls of that niche interest and whether it weathers that storm... And Apes have weathered the storm for far longer whilist some are just soaking their toes in it Every project, every IP, every up only NFT will go through it..... We keep marketing to the same people, we keep doing events for the same holders and people, we dont focus on attractng outside liquidity because it would shift focus from holders Its a tricky balance everyone will struggle with because we havent attracted new people to crypto this cycle in general, and for assets that are done 95% how do you convince current defi and crypto people to join it ? So you have to battle out and hold on to the core people who build that culture in the communituy and team, and keep surviving, until those efforts start to materalize. A 1% move does nothing in an industry thats focused on 100x But we hold on.... Apes have been holding on the longest Welcome to the asylum of culture and community that comes with alot of bagagge if you are in any NFT pfp ecosystem. The only way forward is together
