Stumped me so I thought it might help someone else... SIA (Sitecore Graphical installer) finishes installation correctly if you have IIS Rewrite Module installed (at least it did for me). Not seeing this as a prerequisite, nor got it installed. Just errors out and HTTP Err 500.19
