The ordeal doesn’t end here. I complained about AC servicing for my parents. Same kind of harassment. And guess what they opened and closed the case immediately.

This man is pure filth. The fact that people find this funny is disturbing enough, but the audience laughing along and cheering it on makes it even worse. After seeing multiple issues with @Flipkart, glad I never purchased anything through them. For electronics, I always visit a store and purchase. It might be a bit expensive, but at least there is satisfaction.
2 years ago, I purchased 3 Bluestar AC from Croma, out of which 1 was defective. I spoke with Croma, and they replaced it the next day.
