It is Saturday, and the markets were buzzing in some of the selected SARIS Project implementation districts. Taking advantage of the crowds, citizen groups engaged traders and shoppers on issues including the importance of paying taxes, understanding how public resources are used, citizens' responsibilities, and available channels for reporting corruption. At its core, the SARIS Project is about local level conversations like these - meeting people in their daily lives and making accountability easier to understand and relate to. #SARISProject #StopCorruptionGh #RuleOfLaw

#Benin goes to the polls tomorrow and West Africa must pay attention. Benin used to be seen as a model democracy in West Africa, but tomorrow’s elections will show if that reputation still holds. Wishing the people of Benin 🇧🇯 Peaceful elections
