Today marks #WorldAlzheimersDay. Did you know that our #dementia service received 176 referrals in 2023-24? We also secured & used ยฃ95,356 worth of funding to complete repairs & adaptations in client homes, including Mr. Boswell ๐

This year, you will need to claim #PensionCredit to receive other support, such as the Winter Fuel Payment.
The last chance for backdating a claim for Pension Credit, so you can receive the Winter Fuel Payment, is 21 Dec 2024.
