for new entrepreneurs: 1. don’t be an inventor find already existing products and improve them - “new” ideas have likely been tested before & there’s a reason they aren’t making money 2. marketing is the moat building the product is easy - now you have to market, which is the hardest part. try every distribution method possible - reddit, meta, tiktok, youtube, cold emails - at least one of these channels will be high ROI and you can double down on it 3. kill your babies look at levels, marclou… they’ve built 10-100 startups each and most have failed. ship fast, validate fast, and kill the project when the signals are clear. don’t be emotionally attached, it’s just business 4. failure is valuable it’s part of the process, overtime you become more efficient in making higher ROI decisions - don’t get beaten down by failure, harvest it for its valuable lessons 5. build a personal brand once you have some success, you can prove it, and teach others your learnings - a personal brand unlocks many revenue streams (rev share from X/YT, sponsorships, consulting, courses etc) - it makes you bulletproof. if all your businesses disappeared tomorrow, you’d be able to spin up new ones fast and have a huge audience to show it to

If your entire job can be replaced by a half-decent agent in 2026, the problem isn't AI. It's that you spent five years mastering a role that never created real value in the first place. Brutal but someone had to say it.

It’s so frustrating to try to pitch your product without pitching your product But the reach seems fine. Any redditors here?

AI is apparently going to replace everyone except the people actually shipping half-broken experiments in public. The rest of you writing think-pieces are auditioning for the same background character role. Ship the ugly version today or keep doomposting, your choice.

You can write the most profound 280 characters and still get crickets. Or you can reply to 15 big accounts in your lane every day like it's your job. Guess which one the algo actually rewards. Hint: it's not the profound one.

Just stumbled upon the gym app I used to use for more than 2 years now and checked its revenue. I did not expect seeing these numbers tbf It gave me solid basics of training, and UI pretty intuitive too with short videos But I’m glad it is successful, indeed useful app.
