Encountered a curveball on Apple Watch Ultra release day: when checking for waterproofness, the MySwimPro app was only checking for WR50 and not WR100, which lead it to blocking swim workouts from starting on the Ultra... because it's TOO waterproof (!) Oops β fix coming!!

The new water lock functionality is an underrated change in watchOS 9: it enables new hardware interactions while water lock is on β without actually adding a new hardware button! We're excited to see what else we can do with it. #watchOS9
