It’s ok because the salary cap is a boogey man and the Browns GM pretty much still has a job because he’s good at converting money to “bonuses” or whatever designation that renders the perceived “lack of cap space” a hallucination

The Browns OL investments look well above the market price at first glance. Tytus Howard ($19M/year) vs Jermaine Eluemunor ($13M) at RT, and then Zion Johnson ($16.5M/year) vs Isaac Seumalo ($10.5M) at LG.
