Some years ago, I had a manager reach out to me outside of work to tell me I needed to push back on my promotion raise amount because my (male) counterpart was getting more. I was grateful and where I've been able to, I try to do the same for others.
@annie_bach "Night Night, Forest Friends" is our nightly read. We have it memorized and bought our 17-month-old a stuffed owl (his favorite, obv) because "Up above, with glowing eyes, an owl hoots a lullaby" always brings a smile to our face!
These will be treasured memories!
