Beating Donald Trump isn’t enough, argue the Democratic Socialists of America’s cochairs. A united left-labor campaign in 2028 could mobilize millions, challenge Democratic Party failure, and put a working-class program on the national stage. jacobin.com/2026/05/left-lab…

If the forces behind the May Day movement, No Kings protests, Fighting Oligarchy tour, & Minnesota general strike against ICE unite for an electoral alternative—we can transform the political landscape. Let’s seize the moment & run a democratic socialist for President in 2028!🌹

Hasan Piker gives speech at rally for Chris Rabb in Philadelphia, PA-03 candidate "This is a district that is 40 Dem. This is where we run up the numbers. This is a district that we cannot allow to go to a Do-Nothing Democrat that can't say what Israel is doing is a genocide. We need left populist politics in this country. Responsive politics that says no to corporate money, no to corporate donors, and yes to ordinary Americans like you. A politics that will center the working class."

Kathy Hochul's refusal to tax the rich is becoming a national embarrassment. Jennifer Welch is right: it's time for the Governor to stop defending the billionaire bedwetters and start listening to the vast majority of New Yorkers who demand taxes on the rich.
Jennifer Welch, wearing DREAM's "Tax Me I’m Rich" sweatshirt, has a message for @GovKathyHochul: "Kathy Hochul needs to raise the taxes on the billionaire bedwetters. [...] So I'm gonna fight hard for that."

People today are working twice as hard to get half as much. Meanwhile, the rich get richer and establishment politicians let it happen. That’s why I’m running for governor — to put power back in the hands of working families. @ahSHEEK @DemSocialists

We agree with @ZohranKMamdani. Democratic Socialism can flourish anywhere in the country, and we're working from coast to coast to prove it. There is only one majority: the working class.
Zohran on CBS: "ā€ŠI think what we can see is that a democratic socialist politics is one that should be judged on its delivery, like any ideology ...ā€Š I think that this is a politics that can flourish anywhere because, frankly, there is only one majority in this country — that's the working class and it's time we have a politics that puts them at the heart of what it is that we're pursuing and not as part of the appendix."

Truly embarrassing that both our New York Senators were among only seven Democrats to vote for another weapons sale to Israel, a country run by a wanted war criminal.

AIPAC-backed Jared Moskowitz is radically out of step with FL23, where 2/3 of Democratic voters want the U.S. to condition, reduce, or cease military aid to Israel. My name is Oliver Larkin, the Democrat primarying him. Please donate to fuel our fight: secure.actblue.com/donate/of…
ā€œAs long as you're an ally of ours, I'm not for conditioning weapons to Israel.ā€ Rep. Jared Moskowitz emphasizes he does not support conditioning weapons to Israel, even if they break international law in an exchange with Zeteo’s @prem_thakker.

i think a lot of people see Zohrans’s achievements as product of his own charisma/savvy, which obviously plays no small part in his success, but the truth is he ran as and is governing as an **organizer** and that’s the DSA difference!
don’t forget: this happened because the sitting SOCIALIST mayor directed a massive canvassing operation with hochul as its target and tax bumps as its goal. DSA is overseeing actual mass governance on a scale not even attempted in the US in living memory—and it fucking works.

Shameful. How many homes, hospitals, & schools need to be bombed with our weapons, using our tax dollars, before our leaders say ENOUGH? New Yorkers took to the streets this week demanding Senators Schumer and Gillibrand stop sending weapons to Israel. This is unacceptable.
UPDATE: 36 Senators vote to block $150M of 1000-lb bombs to Israel. Another record high, after 40 voted to block bulldozers. Blumenthal, Coons, Cortez Masto, Fetterman, Gillibrand, Peters, Reed, Rosen, Schumer, Warner, and Whitehouse voted with Republicans.
