It has grown to matter of great distress to the Bank of Baroda officer of uncondusive and nontransparent transfer policy.
The BoB hostile transfer policy which is not only a cause of high hardship leading to big unrest and threat for the officers.

Lost work life balance due to transfer policy is not in sync with the practices in most PSU banks.
The bank officer's are left merciless on this matter and left with no other options to a mass protest being discussed among the community.
