On vinegar hill today at a Ceremonial Event to commemorate the 176th anniversary of the first day the Tricolour was flown publicly on 7th March, 1848, in Waterford by Thomas Francis Meagher, and also carried in a parade on Vinegar Hill, Enniscorthy.
