OFSTED reflections from this week... 3 deep dives all at the same time taking all senior, middle leaders and some teachers off the floor- definatley not 'typicality'. Days 8am to 6pm not aligned to parents, especially single parents and childcare hours. Outdated!

Parents evening for the two minis this evening - smashed it 🌟🌟 Was I bothered about attainment? No. Was I concerned about SATs prep? No. Did I love the fact that they’re both amazing humans with big hearts who help others and care for the world they live in? You bet 🌟🌟💜💙
