Happy to announce the 2019 swim season will launch on Sunday 12th May (5-7pm)!! Every Weds (6-8pm) and Sun (5-7pm) thereafter throughout the summer at the beautiful Delamere Lake Holiday Park (Fourways Quarry) directly off the A556 in Oakmere. Full details on our website.

The Sprint will be held on Saturday & full on Sunday, ex. Jersey, where both races will be held on the same day.

To anyone complaining about @Ironman_UK being short. It will still take longer than a 'fast' ironman course. And the run this year has 4 hills instead of 3! It's gonna be tough! I'm doing a Q A on stage before the athlete briefing at 5 so come and say hi.
