Great running at Red Suburban Conference Championships! All Conference: 4th in 1600 , 2nd in 800, and 1st in 4X400! Prβd in the 1600 with a time of 4:30 and had a season best in 4x400 with a time of 3:23 (Split: 51.high/52.low)! We won Conference as a team as well!
