@AmericanAir Can you please tell me a gate agent is going to be sent at DFW to A19 for flight 766? We have been delayed for hours and our gate has changed. You're supposed to be boarding now and there's no gate agent.

@AmericanAir Thank you for your response! Although not surprised since your crew member not showing up canceled my husband's first flight, to over 14 hours later for you to cancel his rebooking after hours of delays. I understand weather, I dont understand lack of communication.
