Followups.
Followups are the most important thing when it comes to cold outreach.
Your prospect may have missed your message, forgotten about it or just ignored it completely.
Don't follow up too soon though!

How do you keep your clients happy?
Under promise and over deliver.
How can you do this?
- Finish the work much before the deadline
- Do something extra like fixing a bug, or a UX improvement
- Thoughtful suggestions, not useless ones

Having more clients, although they pay less is ALWAYS better.
What happens if one big client leaves?
Your revenue is cut in half.
Whereas if a small clients leaves, then you only lose 1/5 of your revenue
