Made a county results map for the Ohio Supreme Court's GOP primary last night, since no online outlet seems to find the race worthy of a visualizer like the others. Colleen O'Donnell - 32.15% Andrew King - 29.72% Jill Lanzinger - 20.05% Ron Lewis - 18.08%

I recommend voting for Judge @akingohio in tomorrow's Supreme Court Primary in Ohio.
I have been often asked for my thoughts on Statewide candidates in the May 5th Primary. If you are unsure about who to vote for Tuesday, I recommend: for Supreme Court, Appeals Court Judge Andrew King. He has put in the work to prove worthy of your vote for the Supreme Court Race on Tuesday's ballot. I gave Judge King my support early last summer after watching his work ethic and commitment to winning the seat this Primary and more importantly in November. All 4 options are good for Ohio and will make good Justices, but I have enjoyed observing the hustle of Judge King in particular and believe he is best able to beat the last Statewide Democrat in Ohio. I have been asked my thoughts often on many statewide races and have shared my views on several today.

And in two years and 17 days, Justice Thomas will surpass Justice William O. Douglas as the Court’s longest serving Justice. It will be most fitting that the record set by Justice Douglas, one of the worst Justices in American history and a contemptible human being, will be eclipsed by Justice Thomas, one of the greatest Justices ever to serve on the Court and a genuinely good and decent man.

Thank you Representative. I know the job of a legislator and a judge are different, and I'll always stay in my lane. Let's go win tomorrow!
Andrew King is the best candidate in a very strong Republican field for Ohio Supreme Court. He is incredibly hardworking, extremely accessible, and has the conviction and experience we want to see in a Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court. Vote King.

Thank you! Clermont County picks conservative winners, and I am glad to have your support and the County GOP's support!
I am supporting @akingohio for Ohio Supreme Court Justice tomorrow and asking my friends and family to consider voting for him. He has earned endorsements all around Ohio including the two counties I represent. The Clermont Republican Central Committee and the Brown Republican Central Committee have both officially endorsed Judge King. 🇺🇸

Thank you again @BrianStewartOH for your longstanding support. I look forward to winning on Tuesday and putting a constitutional conservative onto the court after the November election. Please remember to go vote on Tuesday; we're both asking Republicans to elect us.
As our @ohiogop prepares to meet this weekend, I want to share that I am endorsing Judge @akingohio to be our next Ohio Supreme Court Justice. I’ve come to know Judge King well over many years and he is precisely the type of young, conservative, originalist judge that the Republican Party should be working to promote in the judiciary. He’s worked in private practice, as a public defender, as a prosecutor, and now as an appellate judge. I’m one of the few practicing lawyers presently serving in the Ohio General Assembly, I focus much of my efforts on improving the legal system, and that experience is why I’m confident Judge King will win this seat in the general election and provide great jurisprudence for the State of Ohio. I greatly respect Justice Pat Fischer, and I’ve happily supported him in all his prior races for the Ohio Supreme Court. If Justice Fischer could legally run for re-election to his own seat, I would support him again. But he cannot. I am a very strong supporter of the Ohio Constitution’s age 70 judicial retirement age. So are a substantial majority of Ohio voters, who rejected a proposed amendment to raise that retirement age to 75 back in 2011, by a margin of 25 points. And so I cannot support a maneuver that is 1) designed to undermine the spirit of that constitutional provision, and 2) which would ultimately result in another unelected justice being appointed to the Ohio Supreme Court. In 2026, voters should select our next Justice, not the governor. For all these reasons, I’ll be working to elect Judge King.

An Ohio Supreme Court Justice, the Attorney General, several federal judges, and many state judges graduated from Capital University Law School. Trolling with uninformed snobbish elitism works in France but not in Ohio.

Despite the hysteria, decisions on the Supreme Court these days are actually LESS political and more adherent to the Constitution than in the past; it's that the left celebrated the previous liberal justices' willingness to be less constitutional and more political.
So measured in tone, yet utterly devastating. From Alito’s majority opinion overturning previous SCOTUS precedents on racial gerrymandering under the color of the Voting Rights Act: “Gingles was decided at a time when this Court often paid insufficient attention to the language of statutory provisions, and Justice Brennan’s opinion for the Court followed this pattern.”
