Firstly repent sincerely to Allâh and be intentional about shying away from everything that can lead to zina. If he's ready to get married soon, request he meets your wali (guardian) to declare his intention, that's the correct marriage proposal procedure according to shari'ah. You can only know if his intention is marriage if he's willing to meet your wali; after that, both of you shouldn't waste time in getting married to avoid falling into fitnah. If he's not ready, I'll advice you look for another brother who's ready for Nikkah, and request he meets your wali ASAP if truly he intends to marry you and he's truly ready to get married soon.
