The platforms are actually moving on this. Zoom launched RTMS which @FellowAInotes uses for Botless zoom recordings. help.fellow.ai/en/articles/1… Better than other Botless experiences because you also get full video and speaker identification.

There's something about being on a call that allows for more openness and honesty. Just like sitting next to someone and staring in the same direction while having a heart-to-heart. Love looove @alexandras_dev sitting in the car theory. 🚗

I *loved* this chat with @eisokant and @jasoncwarner! We went deep into topics like the emotional stress of jumping between intense 1on1s (and how remote work makes that easier), and many other remote management topics that aren't typically talked about.
🔥 NEW EPISODE OUT 🔥 Managing an Engineering Team in a Remote-First World with @alexandras_dev 🙌 Shownotes: go.developingleadership.co/e… Watch on Youtube or listen wherever you get your podcasts! 😁 @eisokant @jasoncwarner youtube.com/watch?v=hEIUTNHK…
