The best traders I've talked to all do the same thing without realizing it. They have a set of conditions and they stick to them. "If X happens, I do Y, every time." The problem is executing that consistently when you're also human. That's the whole game.

AlgoChains has officially been introduced to the world. A huge thank you to @NumeraiCoE and @matlabulous for the invite and opportunity to speak. They really were one of my original inspirations! On May 30th, I had the opportunity to present about the problem sets plaguing the quant world that affected me deeply in my journey, the "deepthink" solutions from our carefully curated team of SMEs, and got to engage in many worldly discussions with extremely bright minds in the web3/defi space! I look forward to more event meetups!!

Running a startup at 33 after years in corporate has taught me a lot. Three things that actually surprised me: 1. Speed is a strategy. Corporate taught me consensus. Startups taught me a good decision made fast beats a perfect one made late. Every time. 2. You can't hide behind your title. In a big company your role protects you. In a startup the work does. Or it doesn't. 3. Revenue is oxygen. Everything else is decoration. I had comfortable distance from P&L in corporate. Now I feel every dollar. That pressure is uncomfortable and clarifying at the same time. Still figuring it out daily. Wouldn't trade it. #buildinpublic
