Santa sent his elves to measure the chimney’s. Maybe a little weight gain in lockdown. Poor Bob the Builder was volunteered 🤣. Santa has to save his magic for those without chimney’s. @LancsHospPaeds

Meanwhile on Ward 8, Snowflake Elf ended up on the good list. Elfie Elfkin, with a tracheotomy, needed some physio and suction an AGP. So Snowflake put up an isolation pod, and did a fabulous job. Alas Buddy, we noted taking selfies, adorned the staff board 😱🤣. @LancsHospPaeds
